Pizza puffs

The only thing I changed is I made my pizza dough from scratch. I really like the taste of this dough,

I have searched far and wide for the best pizza dough and I think that is it!

After it rose I sprayed a cupcake pan and added pieces of dough to the bottom. I added some sauce, cheese and pepperoni. Then I added another piece to the top of all that. Baked at 400 for 10 minutes.

The results:
It tastes like a baby calzone. It was fun to try and maybe for the next play date we will make these!
