I never really knew what to do with the left over grease when I was done cooking. I knew it shouldn't go down the drain, but I also knew that it shouldn't be dumped into the garbage either (think- hot oil and plastic). My mom use to use a jar or an empty soup container and pour the left over grease in that and just keep using it until it was done. The results in that: Stinky/ gross smell anywhere near that thing.
