Bake brownies in mini muffin pans (this is the part that took the longest for me- I only had a 12 count mini muffin pan!!) To make the flat part of the brownie cap I bought Keebler chocolate covered graham crackers, M&M's for the button on top and icing for the tassel, since my daughter can't have gummies. I made 48
