This card meant a lot to me. Growing up my sister taught us the sign for "I love you", she even had a cookie cutter. As a parent, my youngest was speech delayed and one of the only forms of communication was sign language. The first time she told me she loved me it was through sign language and it melted my heart.
This year we decided to make a few cards for family members and send them out. First we chose a card color, then pink (for skin because I don't have peach). We traced the girls hands and glued them onto the card stalk. Next we bent the two middle fingers down to form the sign. Then we added our own heartfelt message.
