Last night we read "The Berenstains Bears: Too much Junk food!" That made the girls ask a lot of questions about what was healthy and what was not. I found this pin, the site had a lot of good ideas. I likes this one in particular.
The girls colored the foods and we cut it all out and glued them to a new piece of paper. On the sides we wrote their favorite foods from each group down and how much of each serving they are supposed to have (based on age). This way when they are hungry They can make healthy choices!
