What you need:
paper bowl
streamer
glue
pain and brush
thin string
Hailey is having a Little Mermaid and Princess Friends birthday party. The main "tent" will hopefully look like it's under water. So we needed some jelly fish. I started by painting the bowls (only two colors for now, because I don't have other streamer colors right now)
After they dried I added some spots for fun. Next we painted some glue onto the inside of the bowl and laid the streamers into it (about 8) When it was dried I punched a hold into the top and strung a thin white string on it to hang it over.
