Okay so this is just for fun. We had a potato that had a lot of sprouts starting and I remember seeing pins about regrowing potatoes. So we decided to see if we could get it to regrow.
We took a jar (started off as a spaghetti jar as pictured, but then we changed it to an empty peanut butter jar because the girls wanted the side with more spouts in water). we filled it with water.
We have Green growth!
March 15th:
Went to go change the water in it. It smelled kinda rotten. Really gross. I had to throw it out. The idea of that smell in my place just wasn't worth it to me. Glad this was just for fun and not our real science projects.
