Pretty Self explanatory. If you're making the cookies from scratch- mix the ingredients and bake. Or use premade dough and bake. When they have cooled, ice and add poprocks to the mix. It's funny, because you'll hear them popping when you put them on the icing. Since I was at my moms I didn't have blue sprinkles to add to it :(
