Veggie egg rolls

Egg wraps
Cole Slaw mix OR
Cabbage (red and green)
carrots, cut into sticks

So I started my egg rolls by buying the veggies and wraps. You find them next to the tofu at grocery stores. I got a small bowl of water to dip  my finger in and seal them shut to cook. Start by laying the wrap on a separate plate, add you veggies to the middle. Dip your finger in the water and go around the rim of the wrap with it. Next fold the sides to the middle, and roll the bottom up toward the top, sealing closed again with water. They should look this:

Heat your oil on 6 1/2, cook egg rolls on both sides until golden brown (about 1 1/2 minutes)
